Please read these terms and conditions ("terms", "terms and conditions") carefully before using the Seven Port Travel LLC d.b.a. The Blank Page Method (https://theblankpagemethod.com) shop (the "service" or "templates") operated by Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method t/a April Allison ("us", 'we", "our").

CONDITIONS OF USE
We will provide the services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

By purchasing a website template from Seven Port Travel LLC d.b.a. The Blank Page Method, you are legally bound to the following terms.

PRIVACY POLICY
Before you continue using this website, we advise you to read the privacy policy regarding user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

LICENSE USAGE
April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method grants each customer one non-transferable license(s) to use the design for internal use. 

The customer may not sell the originally-purchased license key provided by The Blank Page Method to others (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key. Put simply, you may not resell or redistribute the template(s).

SOFTWARE
The Showit website templates sold by Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method require a Showit subscription. Showit is a monthly or annually paid subscription based website platform. Please ensure you are aware of this before you make a purchase. Due to the nature of the products/templates they are non-refundable.

NOTE FOR DESIGNERS: Graphic, brand and web designers are not permitted to claim the templates purchased from Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method as their own. If as a designer, you choose to purchase a template for your own business website and customize it to make it your own, you must provide a credit in the footer as follows:

Template Design by The Blank Page Method. Customized by [Your Name].

Also, if you are customizing a template for a customer that has been purchased from Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method, you must provide a credit in the footer as above. 

As a designer, you are permitted to purchase a design from the shop and use it as a starting point for your clients however, as a courtesy I do ask that you email first to let us know. hello@theblankpagemethod.com
Note: You must purchase a template for each client. You may not utilize a one time purchase for multiple clients.

SITE CREDITS AND AFFILIATE PROGRAM 
Each template has a "site credit" in the footer. Unless you are another designer, we do not require that you leave this site credit on your final website however, it would be appreciated if you do. All customers will be invited to join the The Blank Page Method Online Affiliate Program where you can use the link provided in your footer.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for the product or service you purchase will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail. We do not price match current pricing to previous purchases. 

Payment must be received by us before acceptance of an order. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal for all purchases through our cart with "ThriveCart". You represent and warrant that the credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

PAYMENT PLAN
If you choose the payment plan option, you are required by law to complete your plan. Depending on the plan you choose, your remaining payment(s) will be automatically taken from your account monthly from the date of your purchase. Please ensure the payment method you are using does not expire within six months of use and that there is enough money in the account to cover all payments.

April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method reserves the right to lawfully recover any outstanding monies owed.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final therefore no refunds or returns are permitted. Please, therefore, ensure you are 100% committed to your purchase and you are clear on all of the above before completing the sale.

SUPPORT
April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method offers 30 days of how-to design support from the time of purchase. This means she will answer questions in regards to making a change to the site that is not demonstrated in the how-to-video that is provided upon purchase. You also have the option of contacting Showit who offers on going continuous support during the duration of your subscription with them. Please also note there are how-to videos online that answer and show about anything imaginable when it comes to Showit. If at anytime April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC dba The Blank Page Method feels at any time the 30 days of how-to-design support is being taken advantage of, or begins to go beyond the scope of what 30 days of how-to design support includes then April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method retains the rights to discontinue/terminate the support provided by April Allison t/a Seven Port Travel LLC, dba The Blank Page Method. You will however maintain support with Showit. Please view Showit's terms and conditions for additional details.
